Top Dog Sitters quite simply offer “the holiday your dog would want”.
Their service is very much about gathering information about customers’ canine companions, so they can tailor their service accordingly. Aside from this, there’s a need to communicate trust and professionalism, while remaining fun and friendly!
They had a decent amount of SEO equity in their existing site, so we wanted to retain any useful content to preserve their rankings. The biggest issue with the existing site was ease of use when making edits, and in managing the information provided by prospective clients looking to book.
Along with a total rebrand and design overhaul, we wanted to streamline the forms on the site and how they were administered in the backend. We used the Ninja Form plugin to add a range of forms across the site, designed to kick in at the various stages of the enquiry funnel i.e. initial enquiry, customer registration and general enquiry.
Using the Ninja Form functionality, we created a set of conditional logic rules so that a range of data could be collected, depending on each customer’s specific needs. This was designed to help the customer, as well as the guys at Top Dog Sitters, once a registration had been completed.
The vibrant yet classy look of the site is super engaging, and the true complexity of the forms is hidden from the end user, meaning a slick and user friendly experience from start to finish.
In 2024, Top Dog Sitters set out to expand their dog sitter database using a combination of organic and paid social strategies. We implemented creative approaches to attract potential sitters, emphasising benefits like health perks, companionship, income and the positive experiences shared through current sitter reviews. These narratives were visually enriched with heartwarming images of customers’ dogs, enhancing emotional appeal.
On the paid social front, we experimented with various campaign objectives to optimise sign-ups. We meticulously targeted different audience segments, ranging from top-of-funnel to precise remarketing efforts. A diverse array of ad formats was also utilised to maximise reach, foster engagement, and ultimately drive leads, ensuring a comprehensive and effective recruitment strategy.
