MUV designed from scratch a new brand, FoodChute – a local food delivery service.
The initial phase was to brainstorm name ideas based on the context and domain availability. We all loved and settled on FoodChute, and the brand took shape with a logo and colour palette, designed specially for the thriving “foodie” market space.
Beyond the logo, MUV developed a website which incorporated an easy to use customer-facing front end, along with a complex and fully content managed back end.
Our platform handled the relationship between food products and the eateries that made them, as well as delivery drivers, routes and schedules.
Our bespoke coding ensures that drivers are emailed orders according to a specified designation, along with text message notifications and printed receipts at the eatery. Essentially – a mini-Deliveroo platform.
At launch, we configured a Facebook campaign designed for rapidly reaching potential customers, within the right radius. We were able to gain several hundred pre-launch sign-ups, so that on day one the website already had a solid following.
The website was integrated with the Mailchimp platform, so that all orders are logged – along with times, location and what food was ordered, ensuring for some very niche targeted email campaigns aimed at retaining customers.
From brand concept to launch, with targeted email and social campaigns, we achieved a very high conversion rate of 8% in 8 weeks.
